We begin by understanding the client’s requirements in depth—identifying the purpose and value each position brings to the organization. Based on this understanding, we design a tailored recruitment strategy. This includes anticipating potential challenges, defining methods to address them, studying market trends, evaluating available competencies, and setting the key parameters for the role. Once the blueprint is finalized, we move forward to the research stage.

In this stage, we focus on identifying the right talent pool based on skill set, experience, stability, and performance. We rank potential candidates against these parameters to ensure only high-quality profiles are shortlisted for the next step.

Our consultants conduct an initial screening to evaluate candidates on Key Result Areas (KRAs), expected compensation, job title, location, and other essential details. We also conduct personal interviews to assess both technical and behavioral competencies.

Every shortlisted candidate undergoes discreet reference checks to validate their professional background, achievements, and credibility before moving forward.

Qualified candidates are introduced to the client for direct assessment. This stage allows the client to evaluate the candidate’s skills, potential, and cultural fit for the organization.

Upon positive client feedback, we conduct a detailed reference verification focusing on work ethics, performance, and professional behavior to ensure complete confidence in the hire.

The final phase includes salary negotiations, confirming the joining date, and issuing the offer letter. Even after placement, we maintain close contact with both the client and the candidate to ensure smooth onboarding and integration into the organization.
